Valerie Randrianasolo Casa Teacher

Valerie is originally from Madagascar. She holds a Master’s degree in Marketing Consulting and Strategy from France. She has worked in various industries including banking, marketing, hospitality and fitness. She fluently speaks French, English and Malagasy and knows Spanish well.

She discovered the Montessori approach when she became a mother and developed a passion for early childhood. She started to practice it with her daughter at home and completed her diploma from the North American Montessori Center for 0 to 3 years old.

Valerie is amazed by young children, loves observing them learn and explore. She believes that children learn best when given independence and should always get the opportunity to balance both physical and intellectual skills.

She moved to Grand Cayman in 2018 with her husband. On her free time, she enjoys practicing CrossFit, traveling and scuba diving.
