Marina Panic

Lead Toddler Teacher, Island Montessori

Marina Panic Lead Toddler Teacher

Originally from Serbia, Marina holds a degree in Serbian Language and Literature and discovered her passion for Montessori education after moving to the Cayman Islands. She has experience working in both Toddler and Casa classrooms and loves supporting young children as they develop confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.

Marina believes that every child is unique and thrives in an environment where they feel safe, respected, and encouraged to explore the world around them. She is passionate about creating a warm and nurturing classroom where children can learn, grow, and celebrate each of their achievements.

Outside of the classroom, Marina enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, exploring Cayman’s beautiful beaches, and creating special family memories. As her own children attended Island Montessori and now attend Island Primary, being part of the Island Montessori family is especially meaningful to her.
